Sevierville (TN) –Missy Norris claimed the April Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Friendship Award in appreciation of her outstanding support for Chamber events and activities. Norris is owner of GPS Accommodations and broker at New Directions Real Estate

“Missy is so involved in our community and our chamber. We are so proud to have her as a member. She is great about recruiting other business owners to become members of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce,” says Sevierville Chamber of Commerce membership director Holly Jones. “We appreciate Missy’s participation as a volunteer at our events, as well as her PR help in always capturing photos and posting them on her social media accounts.”

As a thank you for her dedication, Norris received a $100 from Tanger Outlets, as well as a plaque courtesy of Sign Master.

“It is an honor to receive the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Friendship Award. I love my community and always enthusiastic to get others involved,” says Norris. “The chamber offers a terrific opportunity for businesses large and small to network together. They provide educational opportunities as well as information on current events and new businesses that in turn enhance our knowledge as business leaders in the area.”

Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Friendship Awards are presented monthly. Recipients are considered for the Chamber Friend of the Year Award.
